When you order our photo and video services, we carefully process your order and ensure that you get exactly what you have ordered and paid for at the right time unless there are circumstances beyond the control of Asia’s Closet Angels and you.
When ordering our photo and video services, there is a deposit of 50% of the total payment due at time of reservation and the remaining balance will due upon arrival.Please note that, Asia’s Closet Angels will give refunds if you are not totally satisfied with our photo and video services and the fault is upon Asia’s Closet Angels.

How To Request A Refund

We may deny any refund request if it fails to meet our refund criteria stated above. Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on the card issuer’s policies.
